In My Arms

In My Arms – An Original Work by Justin Orlando Fair

You leave me standing by,
There’s sleep in my eyes.
I don’t know where to go,
You left me at home.
But I think of you and baby you’re coming back,
I hear the phone ring and I just crack
You walk in the door and I find you in my arms,
And all I can do is smile.
You left me where you left me and now you’ve come right back in my arms.
I close my eyes and you’re there,
And there’s no more harm.
You lay next to me and I see your smile,
I look in your eyes and I want to cry,
“You chose me and I you chose you” and I hold you in my arms,
Here there’s no harm.
As I know these seconds pass there’s no harm,
I hold you here in my arms.
